Mr Chirombo is an Accountant by profession and is a Registered Public Accountant in possession of Practicing Certificate issued under the Public Accountants and Auditors Act. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Administrative Accountants (UK), (AIAA), Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators in Zimbabwe and past Vice President of this Institute. He is its current Member of Legal & Technical committee. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with Nottingham Trent University (UK).

He is the founder and Managing Director of Chiro Consultants P/L as well as Professional Accounting P/L. He has garnered extensive experience coupled with professional and 4 academic qualifications and for over 35 years he has served the accounting and financial needs of businesses in Zimbabwe.
He was awarded a Certificate in Corporate Governance with the Commonwealth Association of Corporate Governance; he is a member of the Institute of Directors in Zimbabwe and is a finalist of Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) with Unisa (SA). He also sits on various boards.

Ms Mabudafhasi is a Chartered Accountant South Africa and member of the SAICA. She is also a Chartered Accountant Zimbabwe. She holds a Master of Commerce Degree in Taxation from the University of Cape Town and an Honours Degree in Financial Accounting from the University of Kwazulu Natal. Ms Mabudafhasi obtained her Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. She has also been awarded a Certificate in Advanced Auditing.
